Key Responsibilities:
- Literature Screening:
- Conduct thorough reviews of scientific literature to identify relevant safety information for pre-marketing and post-marketing products.
- Extract and document data from literature sources for safety assessment and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in capturing and reporting safety information.
- Medical Information Call Center (MICC) Specialist:
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal stakeholders regarding product safety and efficacy.
- Provide accurate and timely information based on available literature and product data.
- Document all interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update databases with relevant literature and inquiry data.
- Generate periodic reports on literature findings and MICC activities.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of all reported data.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on safety and efficacy assessments.
- Assist in training new team members on literature screening and MICC procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Freshers with relevant educational background are welcome.
- Experienced candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in literature screening, medical information, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using literature databases and safety information systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
