The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as the scientific expert within the therapeutic area of Rare Blood Disorders (Hemophilia focus). This position involves engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), disseminating evidence-based information, and supporting medical strategy alignment with Sanofi’s research and commercial teams.

You’ll play a vital role in driving scientific exchange, clinical insights, and education within the hematology community, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute scientific field activities in rare blood diseases.
  • Lead peer-to-peer discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to share clinical evidence and guidelines.
  • Support diagnostic and patient management pathways for hemophilia.
  • Conduct scientific lectures, speaker training, and evidence-based education.
  • Collaborate with Sanofi’s brand and diagnostic teams to align scientific and operational strategies.
  • Gather and analyze medical insights and treatment trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for all non-promotional activities.
  • Support clinical research and data generation through investigator-led studies and collaboration.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent in Life Sciences or Pharmacy).
  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Medical Science Liaison or Scientific Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge in hematology, hemophilia, or bleeding disorders.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and scientific communication.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 10–12 days/month across India.
