Quantys Clinical Private Limited, a Rusan Pharma Company, is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate – Bioanalytical Research at its Gandhidham, Gujarat facility. This is a great opportunity for M.Sc, M.Pharm, or B.Pharm professionals with 2–6 years of experience in a CRO (Contract Research Organization) setup to advance their career in bioanalytical method development, validation, and LC-MS/MS-based research.
Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate – Bioanalytical, you will play a vital role in conducting and supporting analytical research operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing and monitoring bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Processing biological matrix samples according to applicable methods and protocols.
- Operating, calibrating, and maintaining key laboratory instruments including HPLC, LCMSMS, centrifuge, evaporator, pH meter, balance, and pipettes.
- Preparing and maintaining SOPs, Method SOPs, Validation Reports, and Bioanalytical Study Reports.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of all analytical data and results.
- Investigating and resolving analytical, instrumental, and procedural issues in consultation with supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in a CRO bioanalytical laboratory
- Skills:
- Expertise in HPLC, LCMSMS, and other analytical instruments
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Understanding of GLP/GCP compliance and data integrity principles
