Key Responsibilities (Vary by Role)
- Research Scientist (ADL/F&D): Method development, stability studies, documentation as per ICH guidelines.
- QA Manager: Ensure cGMP compliance, audit handling, CAPA management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm freshers eligible for entry-level roles (1-3 years).

- Excellent communication & analytical skills.
