Key Responsibilities by Role
Team Member – Quality Control (5-8 Years)
- Perform wet analysis using KF, UV, Auto titrator, Oven, and TLC methods for API/drug substances.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, UPLC, and other analytical instruments as per SOPs.
- Handle sampling and analysis of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ensure accurate documentation under cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
Team Member – API Production (2-5 Years)
- Manufacture general/oncology products as per batch production records and SOPs.
- Execute operations in clean-room/isolator environments.
- Record data in e-BPR, e-BCR, and submit to QA timely.
- Participate in TPM, Lean management, and equipment handling.
Team Member – EHS (2-6 Years)
- Deliver safety training and manage General, Shift & Process Safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with EHS protocols.
- Drive incident investigation and corrective actions.
Team Member – Microbiology (2-5 Years)
- Perform MLT, BET, water sampling, and environmental monitoring.
- Maintain sterile conditions and microbial limit testing.
