Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance QA Auditor, you will:
- Assist in developing the global pharmacovigilance system auditing program.
- Conduct and report audits for outsourced parties (CROs, vendors, affiliates, partners).
- Perform internal audits for PV activities to ensure adherence to global quality systems.
- Manage the Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD), CAPA reports, and global observations.
- Review and close deviations to ensure adequacy of corrective actions.
- Review and prepare pharmacovigilance SOPs for global and regional compliance.
- Support operational teams during corporate and external audits.
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure PV quality and compliance excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- M.Pharm (Post Graduate in Pharmacy) or BDS
Experience:
- Around 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance OR
- 2 years of experience in PSUR / Signal Management
Technical Competencies:
- Strong auditing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
