Centaur Pharmaceuticals, a leading name in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, is hiring Research Associates – Bioanalytical for its Santacruz East, Mumbai facility. This role is ideal for passionate scientists eager to advance in bioanalytical method development, GLP compliance, and LCMS-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform bioanalytical method development and validation for quantifying drugs in biological matrices.
- Conduct sample analysis, incurred sample re-analysis (ISR), and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
- Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments, ensuring adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Troubleshoot analytical or procedural issues in consultation with the supervisor.
- Report daily activities to the Group Leader and compile raw data for final reports.
- Promote safety and compliance within laboratory operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- B.Sc. in Science or
- M.Sc. / M.S. (Science) in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Experience:
- 0–5 years in bioanalytical research, preferably with experience in LCMS, GLP documentation, and method validation.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of bioanalytical assay development, instrument calibration, and data integrity practices.
