Key Responsibilities
API Production Team Member
- Operate and monitor reactors, filtration, and drying equipment in API manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and batch records
- Troubleshoot process deviations and support scale-up activities
EHS Team Member
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Implement EHS policies and ensure adherence to OSHA and local regulations
- Train production staff on safety protocols and emergency response
Quality Control Team Member
- Perform sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Handle HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry analysis
- Prepare COAs, stability reports, and support regulatory audits
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical, B.Tech (Chemical/Biotech), B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry/Microbiology)
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in API production in USFDA-approved plants
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and highest qualification
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
