๐งฉ Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate (CDA I/II/III), youโll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and adhering to Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs) for assigned projects.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDC systems and validating data entry screens.
- Managing discrepancy and query resolution, data cleaning, and SAE reconciliation.
- Performing quality control (QC) of data listings, lab ranges, and edit checks.
- Coordinating external data reviews (lab, PK, PD, IVRS).
- Supporting database design, CRF/eCRF review, and Data Validation Specification (DVS) updates.
- Generating data cleaning and status reports, performing post-migration testing, and assisting with sponsor meetings.
Youโll also serve as a mentor to junior CDAs and collaborate closely with Safety, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Programming teams.
๐ Qualification Requirements
- Education: Bachelorโs degree (B.Sc./B.Pharm) or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2โ4 years in Clinical Data Management using tools like Inform EDC.
- Hands-on experience in discrepancy management, vendor reconciliation, SAE, PK/PD, and IVRS data.
- Experience in Vaccine and Oncology therapeutic areas preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and data validation processes.
