🔹 1. Analyst – Patient Oriented Programs (Hyderabad)
📌 Job Overview
The Analyst – Patient Oriented Programs (POP) will manage end-to-end patient engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with departments like Legal, Patient Safety, and Compliance.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all POP activities per Doing Business Ethically (DBE) and SOP guidelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare documentation and obtain timely approvals.
- Maintain data in the POPsys database and track critical milestones (FPFC, LPLC, AER).
- Oversee compliance of External Service Providers (ESP) and document quality issues using CAPA processes.
- Support internal/external audits and ensure full documentation completeness.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Commerce (B.Com), or Arts (BA).
- 2–5 years’ experience in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharma Compliance.
- Strong understanding of pharma regulations and documentation processes.

This hybrid role supports Novartis’ efforts in ensuring ethical, scientifically sound research execution.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical oversight across all trial stages — feasibility, execution, safety, and reporting.
- Conduct portfolio and protocol medical feasibility analysis and provide strategic input.
- Identify new clinical trial sites and analyze local treatment landscapes.
- Deliver medical and GCP training to CRAs, RSMs, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate on regulatory submissions, protocol amendments, and launch planning.
🎓 Qualifications
- MBBS or MD degree (Medical background mandatory).
