Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will:
- Independently coordinate all study setup and monitoring activities.
- Maintain accurate study documentation and status reports.
- Run sponsor-generated queries and ensure study cost efficiency.
- Review study documentation and participate in feasibility studies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and ICON’s SOPs.
- Prioritize patient safety and data integrity throughout the trial process.
- Travel up to 60% (domestic and international) to monitoring sites.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Experience: 1–4 years in on-site monitoring.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Sound understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
