🧪 Role Overview
Position: Pharmacovigilance Scientist
Department: Medical Affairs & Clinical Research
Level: Executive / Sr. Executive
Location: Bangalore (Onsite, 5 days working)
Experience: 1 – 6 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage Pharmacovigilance (PV) activities including case processing and MICC operations.
- Provide operational oversight for ICSR (Individual Case Safety Reports) and ensure regulatory submission compliance.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of monthly PV reports.
- Supervise PV Safety Database and coordinate with case processing teams.
- Ensure compliance for ICSRs and PSURs (Periodic Safety Update Reports).
- Handle reconciliation activities for ICSR, MICC, and SDEA.
- Administer PV safety databases and resolve technical queries.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Ph.D. / M.Pharm / MSc / Pharm.D in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety.
- Strong understanding of regulatory submission processes and ICSR management.
- Hands-on experience in safety database handling and signal detection preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
