Key Responsibilities
- Manage site payments within Veeva Site Payment system in line with clinical site contracts.
- Collaborate with clinical study teams to ensure timely payments.
- Support supplier onboarding, invoice review, and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and JSOX/FAR standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in site payments, budgeting, or finance within clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
💻 2. PV System Process Governance Analyst
Location: Bengaluru, India
Category: Pharmacovigilance / PV Transformation & Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and translate pharmacovigilance system requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams for configuration management and testing.
- Perform impact analysis and ensure compliance with PV standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
- 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in pharmacovigilance systems.
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with experience in safety database management.
🧩 3. QMS and PV Compliance Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure PV compliance with global regulations and inspection readiness.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and manage corrective actions for delayed submissions.
- Support audits, risk mitigation, and cross-functional quality initiatives.
- Generate compliance metrics and reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
- 6+ years in pharma/biotech, with 4+ years in PV, QA, or Regulatory Affairs.
