Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) at Bristol Myers Squibb, your primary duties include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for global study teams and local cross-functional units.
- Overseeing study start-up, patient recruitment, and timeline management.
- Leading problem resolution and risk mitigation for assigned clinical studies.
- Coordinating with vendors, investigators, and ethics committees during the study lifecycle.
- Ensuring data accuracy within CTMS, eDC, and eTMF systems.
- Preparing study documentation and validating country-specific materials (ICFs, patient communications).
- Maintaining inspection readiness and supporting audits and CAPA completion.
- Collaborating on regulatory submissions and compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in the clinical research industry.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP, ICH, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, eTMF, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
