Key Responsibilities

As a PV Associate (ICSR Management), you will:

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from various sources in compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
• Conduct SAE/SUSAR management, including unblinding, reconciliation, and protocol review.
• Handle product quality complaints and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team.
• Support clinical and partner reconciliation activities.
• Participate in Safety Management Plan reviews and database output/report generation.
• Perform ICSR follow-ups and ensure accuracy within timelines.
• Collaborate effectively within the project team to achieve client satisfaction and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Skills:
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant databases.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to patient safety initiatives.
