Key Responsibilities
- Create, format, and edit technical documents like Technical Transfer Packages, Validation Reports, and more.
- Handle MMaR & MPaR creation and migration for multiple Apotex sites (Signet, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill).
- Execute and cancel documents using Content Server and MDoc systems.
- Support Change Control Record (CCR) processes for document management.
- Ensure GMP and SOP compliance in all assigned documentation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm / M.Sc)
Experience:
- 0–1 year in the pharmaceutical or healthcare documentation domain.
Key Skills:
- Strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exposure to online modules/software and document management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
