Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Microbiologist – Sterilization Supervisor, you will oversee critical sterility assurance processes at Medtronic’s Mirandola and Reggiolo sites. Your key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of four, guiding tactical and operational activities to meet performance goals.
• Sterility Assurance: Ensure compliance with sterility standards, protocols, and regulations across all operations.
• Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external inspections, addressing findings promptly to maintain compliance.
• Microbiological Analysis: Conduct and evaluate chemical and microbiological analyses, ensuring accuracy and recommending corrective actions.

• Documentation: Prepare reports, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 1+ year of experience in microbiology or related fields.
