🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Perform Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) coding and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) activities.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate diagnosis coding and complete medical documentation.
- Conduct detailed reviews of patient medical records to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Apply CDI best practices to enhance the quality of healthcare records and support compliance standards.
- Contribute to process improvement and training initiatives within the CDI function.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences / Paramedical field.
- Certifications: Must hold CPC, CCA, or CCS certification (any one mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IPDRG or CDI roles.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding, DRG grouping, and clinical terminology.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (on-site role).
