🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the face of Infosys BPM, resolving customer issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
- Resolve non-technical issues related to orders, billing, banking, and services.
- Provide accurate and empathetic support while ensuring data quality.
- Offer navigational guidance on self-service portals.
- Maintain updated process documentation (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint).
- Follow company policies and meet performance metrics.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer concerns.
- Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in all interactions.

To be part of the Infosys BPM team, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
- Shift Flexibility: Must be open to working night shifts (US shift) and 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Preferred: Experience in US contact center or customer support environment.
- Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO).
