Key Responsibilities

As a Primary Market Research Analyst, you will:

Program and customize surveys using Qualtrics (including logic and JavaScript).
Conduct testing and quality checks before survey deployment.
Monitor survey responses, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using SPSS and Excel.
Identify patterns in qualitative data and generate key market insights.
Develop charts and graphs to present quantitative findings effectively.
Collaborate with global teams and contribute to recurring sentiment research studies.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for the role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic performance.
1–2 years of professional experience in market research or data analytics.
Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
