📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
🧾 Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete study lifecycle: startup, conduct, and closeout.
- Ensure data quality through accurate database setup and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead study activities and client communications effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of core CDM experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Medidata Rave EDC.
- Proven record in study execution and delivery.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and hybrid setup.
2️⃣ Clinical Database Validation Specialist
📍 Location: Kochi / Kolkata (Hybrid)
🧾 Experience: 2–4+ years
Responsibilities:
- Validate edit checks, components, and SAS listings independently.
- Create and test eCRFs and database specifications.
- Collaborate with database designers and study teams to ensure validation accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years in Clinical Database Validation.
- Strong knowledge of Rave EDC and database testing.
- Proficiency in validation documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts for global operations.
3️⃣ Clinical Database Designer / Sr. Clinical Database Designer
📍 Location: Kochi / Kolkata (Hybrid)
🧾 Experience: 2–10 years
Responsibilities:
- Design and update eCRFs using CDMS tools.
- Interpret clinical study protocols and prepare Edit Specification Documents.
- Build and manage EDC systems to ensure high-quality data collection.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Expertise in Rave EDC and study startup activities.
- Strong analytical and design skills with attention to detail.
- Shift flexibility to support global clinical operations.
4️⃣ Manager – Clinical Data Management
📍 Location: Kochi (Office-based)
🧾 Experience: 12–15 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15+ CDM professionals.
- Oversee multiple studies ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Deliver impactful reports using analytical and visualization tools.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 12–15 years in Clinical Data Management.
