Job Responsibilities

- Quality Control (Asst. Manager & Dy. Manager):
- Oversee QMS (Quality Management Systems) to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct PSD (Particle Size Distribution), Wet Analysis, HPLC, and GC testing.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Environmental Health & Safety (Executive, Senior Executive, Asst. Manager & Dy. Manager):
- Implement and monitor EHS protocols to ensure workplace safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Train staff on safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Maintain records and reports for audits and inspections.
- Engineering/Maintenance:
- Manage RO water systems and ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle documentation for maintenance activities.

- Microbiology (Fresher & Experienced):

Qualifications

- Quality Control:
- 2–18 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control.
- Expertise in QMS, PSD, Wet Analysis, HPLC, and GC.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Environmental Health & Safety:
- 4–15 years of experience in EHS roles within pharmaceuticals or similar industries.
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Engineering/Maintenance:
- 2–5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
