Job Responsibilities
Production/Packing Roles
- Production Trainee/Officers/Executives: Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing processes for vials, ampoules, and bottles (glass/plastic) using BFS technology.
- Aseptic Area Supervisors: Oversee cleanroom operations, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and GMP standards.
- Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization Technicians: Manage sterilization processes to maintain product safety and quality.
- Cleanroom Maintenance Staff: Maintain cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols.
Quality Assurance (QA) Roles
- Conduct batch record reviews, line clearance, and in-process quality assurance (IPQA) for sterile dosage forms.
- Perform validation, QMS, compliance, and lab QA activities in line with cGMP and GDocP.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards in aseptic manufacturing.
Research & Development (R&D) Roles
- Formulation & Development (F&D): Develop sterile injectable dosage forms, focusing on innovation and quality.
- Analytical R&D (ADL): Conduct analytical testing and method development for pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., or Diploma in Pharmacy or related fields.
- Experience: 0-8 years in sterile injectable manufacturing, aseptic techniques, or QA functions (validation, IPQA, QMS, compliance, lab QA).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols, cGMP, and GDocP.
- Familiarity with aseptic manufacturing, batch record review, and line clearance.
- Experience with BFS technology or terminal sterilization is a plus.
