🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform bioanalytical method development and validation using LC-MS/MS techniques.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of biological samples for clinical and preclinical studies.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with GLP/GCP standards.
- Participate in study design, sample processing, and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.

🎓 Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in a bioanalytical laboratory (preferably in CRO/Pharma setup).
- Strong knowledge of LC-MS/MS instrumentation and analytical techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
