Key Responsibilities
As a Data Surveillance Analyst at Parexel, you will:

- Develop and configure Data Surveillance Plans (DSPs), including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Quality Tolerance Limits (QTLs).
- Configure and maintain centralized monitoring technologies such as CluePoints Central Monitoring Platform.
- Create data import mappings and statistical analysis parameters for multiple data sources.
- Perform periodic data surveillance reviews to identify trends, outliers, and data quality issues.
- Document and communicate findings through issue tracking systems and internal reports.
- Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, and team meetings to ensure GCP compliance.
- Support central monitoring reporting and maintain accurate documentation throughout the study lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or Data Analytics (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data management, medical data analytics, or central monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with adaptive monitoring or data surveillance processes.
- Basic knowledge of SAS programming or SQL scripting.
Skills:
- Proficiency in RBQM methodologies, data trend analysis, and issue triage.
- Familiarity with SDTM domains, CTMS, and EDMS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
