Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports per process.
- Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
- Follow client guidelines and global regulatory requirements in pharmacovigilance operations.
- Solve routine problems based on precedent and general guidelines.
- Work collaboratively within your team under guidance from your supervisor.
- Contribute as an individual while adhering to a focused scope of work.
- Work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- 0 -3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical research operations
- Familiarity with global PV regulations and ICSR handling
- Strong communication and data management skills
