Job Responsibilities
OSD Production & Packing (Onco & Non-Onco)
- Operate advanced equipment in Granulation (RMG, FBD, ACG, GEA), Compression (GEA, Sejong), Coating (NEOCOTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch, MG02), and Packing (Blister: CAM NMX, HV1, BQS, IMA/ACG; Bottle: CVC, Optel).
- Ensure efficient production line operations and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise production processes, ensuring quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively in English.
Injectables Production
- Operate Washing and Depyrogenation Tunnel systems for sterile production.
- Supervise Manufacturing and Aseptic Filling lines to meet stringent quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with teams and maintain records.
Qualifications
- OSD Production & Packing: I.T.I, Diploma, or B. Pharmacy with 0-8 years of experience. Freshers from 2024/25 are welcome.
- Injectables Production: I.T.I, Diploma, B.Sc, or B. Pharmacy with 3-8 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
