🧾 Job Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring full regulatory compliance for Ayurvedic and nutraceutical formulations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing product registrations and regulatory submissions under AYUSH, FSSAI, and Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
- Supporting international compliance with USFDA (21 CFR) and EFSA standards.
- Reviewing and approving labels, artworks, and marketing claims in alignment with the Magic Remedies Act and global guidelines.
- Coordinating with R&D, QA, and marketing teams for documentation, audits, and timely product launches.
- Maintaining QMS documentation and supporting GMP compliance audits.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm with specialization in Regulatory Affairs
Experience:
- Minimum 4–6 years in Regulatory Affairs, with domestic and international exposure
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of AYUSH, FSSAI, USFDA DSHEA, GRAS, NDI, and EFSA pathways
- Familiarity with QMS, GMP, and label & claims review processes
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
