Key Responsibilities

As a Proposal Coordinator at Labcorp, you will:

• Collaborate across multiple time zones and teams to support proposal and document preparation.
• Prepare standard client documents and pricing deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Perform data analytics and maintain accurate data in corporate systems.
• Support internal and external negotiations related to process, timelines, and pricing.
• Assist in management-facing activities and client meetings.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and content library updates.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks and proposals.
• Escalate issues or challenges promptly to the manager.
• Perform quality control checks on deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Science, or related).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in budgeting, contracts, or business support functions.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with proposal management software (Salesforce, Qvidian, etc.) preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
