Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth study operations and high-quality data delivery.
- Provide administrative and technical support to global project teams.
- Coordinate and oversee study activities listed in the project task matrix.
- Review internal, country, and investigator files and document findings.
- Maintain and update study-specific documentation and global trackers.
- Ensure eTMF compliance through timely reviews and updates.
- Support Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) and GoBalto system activities.
- Handle project communications, meeting organization, and documentation.
- Review regulatory documents, transmit IRB/IEC submissions, and reconcile findings.
- Manage vendor trackers and coordinate investigator site materials.
- Assist in translation QC and ISF preparation as needed.
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years as a Clinical Trial Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
- Experience supporting global clinical trials and project managers.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and country-specific regulations.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
