Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage chromatography, sterilization, TFF, AKTA, and filtration techniques.
- Prepare SOPs, BPCRs, and other technical documents for DSP operations.
- Support qualification activities and commissioning protocols in the DSP area.
- Execute performance verification (PV) and process qualification (PQ) protocols.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP standards in all DSP activities.
- Manage deviations, change controls, and QMS documentation associated with the DSP area.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc or B.Tech in Biotechnology.
- 3–6 years of experience in downstream processing within biopharmaceutical production.
- Hands-on experience with chromatography systems, AKTA, filtration, TFF, and sterilization techniques.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOP preparation, and QMS documentation.
