🧠 Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will:

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Oversee subject recruitment, ensuring timely enrollment and adherence to study protocols.
• Provide training and ongoing communication with investigator sites.
• Monitor data integrity, protocol compliance, and escalate quality issues when needed.
• Track regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and query resolution.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation.
• Prepare detailed visit reports and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with global project teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Support site financial management and local invoicing processes when applicable.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this position, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (required).
• Minimum 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (laptop, iPad).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
