As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will:

- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Oversee subject recruitment, ensuring timely enrollment and adherence to study protocols.
- Provide training and ongoing communication with investigator sites.
- Monitor data integrity, protocol compliance, and escalate quality issues when needed.
- Track regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and query resolution.
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation.
- Prepare detailed visit reports and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with global project teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Support site financial management and local invoicing processes when applicable.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (required).
- Minimum 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in clinical research.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (laptop, iPad).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities.
