🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute centralized activities for global clinical trials.
- Coordinate with CROs, Country Trial Managers, Clinical Trial Monitors, and study teams.
- Oversee essential document management and ethical/regulatory submissions.
- Support outsourcing and contracting activities for global studies.
- Conduct start-up documentation and site activation processes.
- Review and maintain clinical systems (CTMS, eTMF, Veeva Vault).
- Manage translation, investigator file setup, and document tracking.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with ICH-GCP standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for centralized start-up and maintenance activities.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Legal, or Business Administration (Advanced degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in clinical development or operations within pharma, biotech, or CROs.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory documentation processes.
- Hands-on experience in IRB/IEC submissions, start-up documentation, and site activation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, CTMS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Prior therapeutic area experience (Oncology, Cardiology, Immunology) preferred.
