Responsibilities
As a Clinical Project Manager at Eccentric Clinical Research, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical research projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for clinical operations.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and local guidelines.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA, CDSCO).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
