🧬 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager – Reproductive Genetics (BDO), your responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling reproductive genetic tests (prenatal & postnatal) to gynecologists, fertility specialists, pediatricians, and hospitals.
  • Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new clients across your assigned territory.
  • Conducting CMEs, clinician trainings, and scientific presentations.
  • Coordinating sample collection, logistics, and report follow-ups with healthcare partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems for leads, customer interactions, and revenue tracking.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Staying up to date with genetic diagnostics trends and competitor activities.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in diagnostic or medical sales (preferably genetics, IVF, or women’s health).
  • Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Territory and client relationship management
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Result-oriented mindset
  • Other Requirements: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
