🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Process case files and maintain records as per Alcon’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with affiliate offices to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments for adverse event and complaint reports.
- Manage communication with Manufacturing QA and respond to Health Authority inquiries.
- Launch and manage quality investigation records.
- Ensure timely regulatory submissions based on local and international reporting regulations.
- Participate in reconciliation activities, audits, and quality feedback reviews.
- Evaluate and escalate potential product safety issues.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Preferred: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Optometry, or Biomedical Engineering.

- 1–2 years in healthcare, ideally in Device Vigilance, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Submissions, Clinical Research, or Medical Coding.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
