🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Process case files and maintain records as per Alcon’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with affiliate offices to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments for adverse event and complaint reports.
  • Manage communication with Manufacturing QA and respond to Health Authority inquiries.
  • Launch and manage quality investigation records.
  • Ensure timely regulatory submissions based on local and international reporting regulations.
  • Participate in reconciliation activities, audits, and quality feedback reviews.
  • Evaluate and escalate potential product safety issues.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Science.
Preferred: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Optometry, or Biomedical Engineering.

  • 1–2 years in healthcare, ideally in Device Vigilance, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Submissions, Clinical Research, or Medical Coding.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and post-market safety practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
