Key Responsibilities
As a Centralized Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead centralized monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality oversight of data and trial activities.
- Review and approve visit reports per protocol, ICON, and Sponsor SOPs, minimizing errors.
- Monitor metrics in OMR, ICOtrial, Sponsor CTMS, and vendor systems for timelines, action items, and quality standards.
- Escalate and follow-up on open action items, protocol deviations, or safety concerns.
- Attend project meetings, provide quality improvement suggestions, and report trends.
- Collaborate with CTM and other managers to improve trial efficiency and staff performance.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure timely completion of necessary trainings.
- Contribute to risk management and quality improvement plans to safeguard project objectives and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical trial management, preferably with centralized monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid setup with occasional domestic or international travel (~5%).
- Familiarity with CTMS, OMR, ICOtrial, and vendor systems is a plus.
