Job Responsibilities
Production Supervisor (OSD-Production)
- Oversee granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling processes.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Maintain accurate documentation for production activities.
- Collaborate with teams to meet production targets.
Packing Supervisor (OSD-Packing)
- Manage primary and secondary packing operations.
- Ensure packing processes adhere to QMS standards.
- Monitor equipment efficiency and packaging quality.
- Coordinate with production teams for seamless operations.
QMS Supervisor (Manufacturing/Packing)
- Implement and monitor QMS protocols in production and packing.
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Address non-conformance issues promptly.
Technician/Operator (OSD Production/Packing)
- Operate machinery for granulation, compression, coating, and packing.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Production/Packing Supervisor: B.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma with 3-5 years of experience in granulation, compression, coating, or packing.
- QMS Supervisor: B.Pharma or M.Pharma with 5-7 years of experience in QMS for manufacturing or packing.
- Technician/Operator: SSC, HSC, ITI, or Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in OSD production or packing.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, documentation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
