As a CRA at IQVIA, you’ll be responsible for conducting monitoring and site management activities to ensure clinical trials are carried out according to protocols, ICH-GCP standards, and sponsor requirements.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits as per GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Oversee subject recruitment, ensuring site performance aligns with project goals.
  • Provide protocol and study training to site teams and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Evaluate site practices for adherence to study protocols and escalate quality issues as required.
  • Track and manage regulatory submissions, data queries, and case report forms (CRFs).
  • Maintain essential documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF).
  • Prepare monitoring visit reports, follow-up letters, and study documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams for seamless study execution.
  • Support site financial management and invoice retrieval where applicable.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in clinical research.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP regulations and clinical trial management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective professional relationships.
