Job Description
- Laboratory Setup and Maintenance:
- Establish and maintain analytical laboratory for physical-chemical testing.
- Conduct five batch analyses in compliance with quality systems like OECD GLP, NABL, and CIB RC.
- Plan, budget, negotiate, procure, maintain, and calibrate analytical instruments.
- Analytical Method Development:
- Develop new analytical methods for the analysis, characterization, and identification of agrochemicals, pesticides, intermediate chemicals, polymers, veterinary drugs, and pigments.
- Utilize instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC, GC, NMR, DSC, LC/MS/MS, FTIR, and UV-Visible spectrophotometer.
- Accreditation Preparation:
- Prepare the analytical lab for various accreditations including OCED GLP, CIB RC, and NABL.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory, process, system, and customer audits.
Job Responsibilities
- Non-Conformities Management:
- Handle all types of non-conformities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Study Plan Development and Execution:
- Develop, prepare, and approve GLP and Non-GLP Study Plans and amendments.
- Conduct studies, address QA audit reports, and prepare final reports for archival.
- Analytical Method Validation:
- Validate analytical methods for recovery studies in various media to support toxicology studies.
- SOP Management:
- Prepare, revise, train, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GLP activities.
- Ensure the establishment and adherence to appropriate and technically valid SOPs.
Education
- Required: Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Pharma, or Food Technology.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, preferably Food/Pharma Chemistry, or equivalent technical and business experience Diploma In Science, D.Pharm,B.Pharm, m.Pharm, Msc, Bsc
Salary
- Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year (Variable based on experience)
