This full-time position in Dehradun or Delhi offers an exciting opportunity to design and scale high-impact programs in Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) domains.

🧭 Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Development
- Identify and plan new course opportunities in MSL, HEOR, and Medical Affairs.
- Define program goals, budgets, and success metrics.
- Create differentiation strategies for global education markets.
Content & Academic Leadership
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and faculty.
- Ensure high-quality, practical, and industry-aligned course content.
- Review and enhance course materials for real-world relevance.
Faculty & Community Building
- Onboard and manage expert trainers and academic mentors.
- Support faculty during delivery and maintain learner engagement.
- Build a strong learning community for ongoing mentorship.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, tech, and operations teams.
- Partner with marketing for campaign planning and program promotions.
- Ensure seamless digital delivery via the learning platform.
Performance Tracking & Growth
- Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes.
- Continuously refine programs based on market demand.
- Scale successful initiatives into long-term, industry-recognized programs.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in MSL / HEOR / Medical Affairs (mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of healthcare and pharma trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable presenting in webinars, workshops, or podcasts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare.
- Previous teaching, academic, or EdTech experience.
- Familiarity with online learning tools and project management platforms.
