Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in Audit & Compliance, you will:
- Monitor site quality systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA, ANVISA, etc.).
- Support and facilitate regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Prepare timely inspection responses and monitor the implementation of compliance actions and CAPAs.
- Ensure continuous inspection readiness for regulatory and customer audits at the manufacturing site.
- Review and evaluate site compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Verify compliance against 483 observations, perform gap assessments, identify actions, and track CAPA closures.
- Initiate and implement quality initiatives based on updated regulatory guidelines.
- Provide strategic and compliance-related inputs to the manufacturing site.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, M.Tech, B.Tech, or BE.
- Experience: 8-15 years in pharmaceutical audit and compliance.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of USFDA, EMA, ANVISA regulations, gap assessment, and CAPA management.
- Location: Willingness to work in Oragadam, Chennai.
