💊 Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will:
- Manage affiliate mailboxes, reconciliation reports, and written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and ICSR case processing.
- Ensure submission and follow-up compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate within the pharmacovigilance and drug safety team to deliver high-quality and timely results.
- Work in rotational shifts to support global pharmacovigilance operations.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any Graduation (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Language: Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 to N5 – Elementary)
