As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will:

- Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring timely file reviews per SOPs.
- Assist in site activation activities and development of critical paths.
- Collaborate with investigators and site personnel for feasibility assessments.
- Build a local knowledge base of research sites and provide input for site selection.
- Mentor new staff during onboarding and participate in process improvement initiatives.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Healthcare).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, site management, or related roles.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience will also be considered.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial management systems.
