📋 Key Responsibilities
As a CRA II/ Sr CRA I at Syneos Health, you will:
- Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, GPP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify informed consent documentation and subject safety compliance.
- Conduct source document review, CRF data verification, and query resolution.
- Manage investigational product (IP) inventory, reconciliation, and dispensing oversight.
- Maintain and reconcile Investigator Site File (ISF) with Trial Master File (TMF).
- Support subject recruitment and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with project teams and sponsor affiliates.
🎓 Qualifications
To apply, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or RN.
- 3–5 years’ monitoring experience, preferably in oncology or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical research regulations, and site management.
- Excellent communication, computer, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
