Job Responsibilities
Production – OSD (Jr. Executive, Granulation Operator, Coating Operator, Capsule Operator)
- Jr. Executive: Oversee production processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain GMP standards.
- Granulation Operator: Operate granulation equipment, monitor process parameters, and ensure product quality.
- Coating Operator: Manage coating machines, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment.
- Capsule Operator (AF90): Handle capsule filling machines, ensure accurate dosing, and adhere to safety protocols.
Packing – OSD (Jr. Executive)
- Supervise packing operations, ensure packaging integrity, and comply with regulatory standards.
AR&D (Jr. Executive/Executive)
- Conduct analytical research, develop testing methods, and validate analytical procedures.
FR&D (Executive/Sr. Executive)
- Formulate and develop new pharmaceutical products, optimize formulations, and conduct stability studies.
QA (Jr. Executive – IPQA, Sr. Executive – QA-RA)
- IPQA: Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with cGMP.
- QA-RA: Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with global standards.
QC (Jr. Executive – HPLC)
- Perform HPLC testing, analyze raw materials, and ensure product quality.
Note: A mandatory trial is required for operator roles (Granulation, Coating, Capsule).
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, or relevant diploma for operators.
- Experience:
- Jr. Executive (Production, Packing, IPQA, HPLC): 1-3 years.
- Granulation/Coating/Capsule Operator: 4-8 years.
- AR&D (Jr. Executive/Executive): 3-8 years.
- FR&D (Executive/Sr. Executive): 5-10 years.
- QA-RA (Sr. Executive): 6-10 years.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in HPLC (for QC roles) or AF90 machines (for Capsule Operators).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
