Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate – Scientific Communications, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing medical and promotional content for scientific accuracy and reference appropriateness.
- Ensuring scientific balance, compliance, and clarity across MLR-reviewed materials.
- Supporting US Scientific Communications MLR reviewers in action item guidance.
- Managing timely review of materials within established SLAs.
- Providing scientific guidance to cross-functional teams for correct interpretation of data.
- Staying updated on therapeutic area developments and industry regulations.
- Participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and driving process improvements.
- Working in content management systems like Veeva PromoMats.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- MBBS/Master’s degree & 4 years of industry experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience, OR
- Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience.
Preferred Skills
- Doctorate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences.
- 5+ years in medical review, medical writing, or scientific communications.
- Strong knowledge of MLR process, US compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
- Familiarity with oncology, cardiovascular, inflammation, bone, or rare diseases.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
