📝 Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Physician Specialist I, you will:
- Conduct primary medical review of cases, including seriousness, causality, labeling, and narrative quality.
- Perform coding of adverse events and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document daily case data and maintain trackers for workflow efficiency.
- Take ownership of deliverables aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
- Train and guide case processing teams (after completing 1 year in role).
- Support aggregate reporting and signal detection as required.
- Promote a high-standard customer service culture within the organization.
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, MD or DO, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of medical sciences, drug therapeutics, and procedures.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
- Proficiency in English: Speaking ILR 3+, Writing/Reading ILR 4+.
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of clinical practice experience.
