- Procure essential regulatory components (certificates, GMP, COA, samples, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the timely delivery of regulatory materials for renewals, manufacturing site transfers, and new product registrations worldwide.
- Represent the Regulatory Affairs LCM BOE team in cross-functional and regional/global meetings.
- Organize regulatory readiness with line functions and country organizations for smooth approvals.
- Track project progress, submission timelines, and dossier deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to global and country-specific regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Contribute to surveys, country requirement lists, and excellence initiatives.
- Support lessons learned sessions and trainings to improve regulatory strategies.
Minimum Requirements
To apply for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related pharmaceutical functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
