📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Executive, you will:
- Develop and maintain specifications, COA, PFC, COC, SDS, allergen certificates for herbal extracts and natural products.
- Document and manage analytical methods and SOPs for product testing and process control.
- Coordinate outsourced analysis with testing labs and ensure accurate reporting.
- Investigate OOS (out-of-specification) results, deviations, and non-conformances, and assist with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Maintain proper batch traceability, sample records, and documentation for compliance.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: Up to 2 years in QC, QA, or documentation, preferably with herbal extracts or in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in QC-QA
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to adapt in dynamic work environments
